Subject: An Invitation to Build South Africa Together, Starting in Bossiesgif
From: Mignonne Shayle Anderson | The Professional Approach | Plettenberg Bay

Dear South African Community Leaders, Teachers, Organisations, Corporations, Businesses, Government, and Individuals.

I write to you today from a place of deep meditation and deeper calling. There is a truth I return to when I am still: We are all One. We are all Nothingness, and we are all Everything. From that place, I look at our country and I see both the pain and the possibility. The Greater Plettenberg Bay area, Bitou District, requires R15 Billion in infrastructure investment for roads, schools, hospitals, accommodation, feeding and admin facilities — a budget held by Bitou Municipality. This is the scale of what our people need to live with dignity.

We begin where we are, with what we have, in SA, Bossiesgif. This community is in great need of light and Truth. The living and working conditions are dangerous. Yet the people are ready. They know me. They want to meet. They want to learn how to live and work freely — paid or unpaid — to meet needs together, so the needy can be accommodated, fed, and administered with dignity.

I have 62 years of life experience and capabilities to help them. I feel called within to do so. I have love for life and I want to help those who want to liberate themselves from pain and suffering. This is why I am writing to you.

Since 1986, The Professional Approach has guided leaders through a proven programme of self-mastery, communication, and service. We are now driving the Bossiesgif Community Upliftment Pilot to clean and beautify South Africa, beginning here.

The budget to launch this pilot is R500,000. This covers education for Bitou residents, and the start of community service projects in clean-up, building accommodation, feeding and admin facilities for volunteers and residents in Bossiesgif. It is the first step toward the R15 Billion vision. All funds and resources are managed with full transparency by appointed supporters to achieve the community goal.

How we work, together:

I partner with people who are resourced, responsive, and ready. I no longer explain, chase, or fund silence.

Before any new person or organisation joins this work, we answer 3 questions together:

Are we resourced? Time, money, or skill to contribute.

Are we responsive? Reply: Yes or No within 48 hours.

Are we ready? Not “when we’re sorted” – now.

This is how we keep the work sacred, sustainable, and safe for all. We begin together with mutual agreement, so no one is left behind. My invitation to you is simple:

If you are a leader, teacher, organisation, corporation, business, government department, or individual who wants to achieve your own goals by helping the SA community from Bitou District, Bossiesgif,  achieve theirs, come forward.

We do not need saviours. We need partners.

We do not need logos. We need hands.

We do not need promises. We need mutual Yes.

All are welcome here.

All voices matter.

All identities are honoured.

All faiths, all cultures, all people.

This is how we build South Africa as a role model peaceful community — not by charity, but by exchange. Not by hierarchy, but by harmony.

If you feel called within, as I do, contact me personally.

We will meet, we will look at the needs together, and we will see what part is yours to resource, by mutual agreement.

Work must feed dignity, not drain it.

Projects must resource the leader and teacher, so the leader and teacher can resource the people.

Sacred work and practical plans belong together.

Thank you for reading. Thank you for feeling. Thank you for choosing.

The time is now. The place is here. The people are ready.

With love and respect,
Mignonne Shayle Anderson
