Before any new person gains access to work with us, they answer 3 questions:
1. Are you resourced? Time, money, or skill to contribute. Are you responsive?
2. Reply: Yes or No within 48 hours.
3, Are you ready? Not “when I’m sorted” – now.
This is how we keep the work sacred, sustainable, and safe for all. It is how we honour each other’s time, energy, and dignity.
