The word  The means the One and Only, and the word Professional means skilled and the word Approach means the manner in which we do things. Our core belief is there is Only One Power in which to merge into and express ourselves in so many different ways freely.  The greatest skills needed in the world is to know how to love, and the approach needed is with committment and humility to do the actions that grow a sound mind and lighteness of being in dark world.

With this in mind, Mignonne Shayle Anderson, founder, The Professional Approach, SA charitable business leader, teacher, facilitates universal education with those interested to grow health and safety,  social and eocnomic balance, in community. 

The Professional Approach is a generous business minded, self sustainable, ethical business, and does not charge whilst reliant on agreed price for people to achieve their goal.

Supporters, are clients, business supporters,  service providers, suppliers, sponsors and donors, who manage their own funds.

Mission is to improve living and woriking conditions. 

Vision is to create peaceful places to live in and work from by attending educational gatherings, training, workshops, consultations and mentoring sessions, held at a designated venue, at certain times during the year, made by appointment, at no charge, whilst reliant on donations to meet needs together in community. 

Value is living and working with love, sympathy, friendliness, encouragement, understanding, support and cooperation.

 About hostess, Shayle: 

• Giving good energy and sharing life experience, Shayle is English-speaking woman who delivers guidance and support,  as taught to her by her living leader teacher. She is commited to living meditation with committment and humility to create remarkable results in lives.
• Born 15 12 1924 in Gauteng, lives, works and  travels freely, to meet needs in SA community, where she resides.

• Life experienced living sound and light meditation practisioner, raising funds, to put work in hands, to grow unity and harmony, in SA community.

• She gives discourses and answers questions with spiritual perspectives to heal the sick, feed the hungry and accommodate the needy, to make a successful life with a Sound and Light mind, to overcome anger, greed, attachment, lust and ego. 

• She tours SA to meet those who cannot travel to meet her.

• She does not look for followers, nor preaches, nor asks for funds, neither advertises except to explain services.
