Be the solution to your own problem

Admit you are reliant on a Greater Power than yourself to live with addictive thought patterns and co-dependants who are are not interested in working with efforts and forgiveness, that lives are becoming unmanageable.

Be the solution to your problems as follows: -

  • Do not let the criticism of others around you or about the people you love affect you.
  • Let go stress and blame.
  • Do not control others doing their own thing.
  • Set boundaries with those who are without consideration of your needs equally.
  • Have authority over your own life and not over the lives of others.
  • Nothing can hurt you whilst you rely on your Will Power.
  • Concentrate on your own problems to show you the way.
  • Avoid justifications for your actions.
  • Do not fall into punishment to relieve the others or your own guilt.
  • Do not scold and weep.
  • Do everything for your own benefit.
  • Contemplate on the cause and effect before you do anything.
  • Let go of problems that are destroying your peace of mind.
  • Concentrate on Peace for detachment from the situation not from the person.
  • Express love and compassion.
  • Accept the things I can change and accept the things I cannot change.
  • Share experiences to open up new and better ways of handling difficulties.
  • Accept myself so I can accept others.
  • Have no regrets about the past, but learn from mistakes and build a better life from past experiences.
  • Do not create your own difficulties.
  • Detach from hurt by owning own mistakes and correct own self.
  • Do not take on the responsibility for the mistakes of others nor correcting others.
  • Own your own pain from how you think and feel about life situations.
  • Do not suffer over the actions and reactions of other people.
  • Learn from the actions and reactions of others to live a better Life.
  • Improve the way you live your own life and the way you look at life.
  • Do not worry about the future.
  • Trust in the Creator of All.
  • Live in the Presence of Peace.
  • Have no interest in taking, but in giving and sharing.
  • Be interested in selfless service and sharing what you have received.
  • Do not exaggerate your unhappiness.

  • Examine your ideas of enjoyment, pleasure and delight.
  • Set yourself free from any situation that interferes with you from having a decent life and pleasant experiences.
  • Live without fear, uncertainty and discomfort.
  • Wavering your concentration on Peace, prevents you from breaking out of your present thinking patterns.
  • Be responsible for your own likes and dislikes or resentments.
  • Do not accept everything life gives you especially if it is humiliating and degrading.
  • Do not kill love and respect with accusations, tears, strong voice, self-righteousness and nagging to influence others.
  • Grow love and respect with tolerance, patience, kindness, courtesy, love and humor.
  • Learn how to live at peace with yourself and others.

  • Serve others to fulfill yourself.
  • Care for others who suffer guilt at the hurt they inflict.
  • Be patient and compassionate without being a crutch so others can seek help for themselves.
  • Do not deprive others of the challenge to meet their own responsibility.
  • Meditate to be released from trying to control your situation, to let go and Let life direct you.
  • Turn your attention to finding ways to enjoy life by looking for the good.
  • Know you are powerless to solve others’ problems, you can only solve your own problems with the help of your own will power of yourself and others.
