Mignonne Shayle Anderson is the founder of The Professional Approach, a human‑development programme established in 1986 to uplift confidence, communication, and spiritual alignment in individuals and communities.

With four decades of experience in communication training, leadership development, personal mastery, and community upliftment, Mignonne has guided thousands of people toward greater confidence, clarity, and purpose.
