I stopped waiting to be chosen.

Now I guide women home to themselves.

I’m Shayle, based in Plettenberg Bay, Garden Route, South Africa.

For decades, I was everyone’s everything — daughter, teacher, wife, mother, caregiver, chef, gardener.

I called it love. It was survival.

I forgot I belonged to myself.  “Return to your rest, my soul, for the Lord has been good to you.” Psalm 116:7

The Professional Approach was reborn the day I said, “Noted. Thank you.”

To the roles. To the guilt. To the fault-finding, blame, and shame.

This isn’t a business. It’s a homecoming.

This work is for you if:

How I Guide

I don’t teach “communication skills.” I teach coming home. Biblical + Stillness + Practical Boundaries.
We talk. We breathe. We find the one truth that sets you free this week.

No 10-step programs. No pressure. No performing.

You leave lighter.

Sessions are 60 minutes. Circles are 90 minutes. Consults are 2 hours.
Online from anywhere. In-person in Plettenberg Bay.

Donation-based because freedom shouldn’t have a gate fee.

What I Believe — No Apologies

You don’t need fixing.

You need to be witnessed.

You are not broken. \

You are buried under shoulds, under “be nice,” under everyone else’s emergency.

Peace is an inside job.

You can leave the house, the job, the marriage — and still carry the war inside you.

Or you can stay, and make peace with yourself first.

Boundaries are love.“Noted. Thank you” is a complete sentence.

“No” is sacred.

You don’t owe anyone your exhaustion.
